What Is The 4 Week Weight Loss Bootcamp?
The 4 Week weight Loss Bootcamp is a quick and unique way of losing weight and getting fit by training outdoors and following our specific diet system.
We will meet 3 times a week for activity sessions and once every 2 weeks for a planning and nutritional workshop. You will work in a small group of like minded people
The sessions are based from our Warley studio, outdoors using the local school yard, which is private, secure and well lit. On Saturday mornings we use the surrounding backroads which are quiet, scenic and varied...sessions last for 45 minutes
The sessions are based on circuit training and vary slightly each week. You will work aerobically and anaerobically so both your muscles and your heart and lungs will be worked effectively...circuit training is one of the best ways to burn body fat.
The sessions are held on Monday mornings @ 6.45am, Thursday evenings at 6.30pm and Saturday mornings at 9.00am. Starting Saturday 7th June
How much does all this cost?
For 3 sessions a week for 4 weeks (that’s a possible 12 sessions) and 2 “Take Action Workshops” the total cost of the Bootcamp is just £90.00 but with one week FREE that leaves a total of just £67.50
