What is Online Personal Training?

With our online personal training service we will design you a totally personalised weight loss or fitness programme based on YOUR own individual needs and YOUR own preferences.  All contact and support is usually via email and the internet.

You complete a simple online questionnaire and email it back to me.  The questionnaire will ask you a number of questions about your weight and health in the past, your fitness levels, exercise likes and dislikes and times you have free to become more active etc.  The answers you provide will give me all the background knowledge I need to personally design you an individual weight loss or fitness programme.

The programme is then emailed to you with any other information that I feel you might need in order for you to reach your own goals and targets.

My programmes are NOT simply some generic, 'do what everyone else does' rubbish blurted out by a computer software programme.  No, I use my years of personal training knowledge to design a specific plan that works for you.

I regularly work with clients on a one to one basis at our studios and get superb, consistent results.  But now I can offer you the benefits of personal training without you even having to step a foot out of your own front door.

With my online clients I give the same personalised programmes as I do for the clients I see every day.

The difference is we don't actually meet face to face which saves you TIME and MONEY.  By simply answering a series of questions and reporting back to me once a week I can ensure that you stay motivated and on track.

When the programme is completed I will then email it you.

How Much Does Online Personal Training Cost?

To work with a fully qualified personal trainer once a week over the course of 4 weeks you would expect to pay around £120.00 - £160.00.

To work with a nutritionalist to design you a specific eating plan would cost you around £50.00
