Set in the picturesque and peaceful surroundings of this quiet little country village sits a transformation centre. Our studio is available to individuals and groups for private personal training tuition with your very own trainer. The gym is exclusively yours for that hour, we won't book in any other appointments.
The studio is fully equipped with all the latest resistance, toning and cardiovascular equipment you would expect to find in in any of the larger multi national gyms. Cool in the summer, comfortably warm in the winter, you are guaranteed a hearty welcome as you arrive for your exclusive session.
Ample parking is a good feature of this super training facility. Toilet and showering facilities are also available.
The many quiet country back roads and local recreational areas can be the focus of outdoor sessions if that is route you would like to go down or to simply add variety to your workouts occasionally.
